Preparation
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender.
- Serve the shrimp and vegetable mixture over the cooked rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
These bowls keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days. Store in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze the shrimp and veggie mixture (not the rice) for up to 3 months.
