  • 1 cup ripe strawberries Fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 medium banana Peeled
  • 1 cup milk Your choice of milk, can be dairy or plant-based
  • to taste none sweetener Optional, such as honey, agave syrup, or dates

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Peel the banana.
  3. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, and milk.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Taste and add sweetener if desired.
  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Serve in a tall glass and garnish with a slice of strawberry or mint sprig. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
