Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped spinach, feta cheese, and cream cheese. Stir until well mixed.

  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into pinwheels.
  5. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

These pinwheels can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave until warm.
