Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in lemon juice and stir to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat gently to avoid rubbery shrimp. Optionally, serve over rice or toss with pasta.
