Preparation
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let them sit for 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to ice water to cool. This makes peeling much easier!
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix the yolks with soy sauce, mayonnaise, chili paste, minced garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Top with chopped green onions for that extra pizzazz.
- Serve chilled for optimal flavor punch!
Notes
These deviled eggs are best fresh, but you can store them for about 3-4 days in the fridge. Cover them tightly to avoid picking up any funky smells.
