  • 6 large large eggs Room temperature eggs recommended
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Gochujang sauce Can adjust spice level to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or green onions, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs in a pot of boiling water for about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Filling Preparation
  1. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Gochujang sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled for maximum enjoyment.

Notes

For a professional look, try piping the yolk filling back into the whites using a plastic bag.
