Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
Layering
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the batter, then add a layer of mini marshmallows.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top, adding more marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
Baking
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting these gooey delights into squares and serving.
Notes
Serve warm for an extra gooey experience, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
