Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Optional, for added richness
Layer Ingredients
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Layering
  1. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  2. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the batter, then add a layer of mini marshmallows.
  3. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the top, adding more marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Allow to cool before cutting these gooey delights into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve warm for an extra gooey experience, and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
