Preparation
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, chives, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Lay out a slice of smoked salmon on a clean surface.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the salmon.
- Roll the salmon tightly to create a log shape.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with fresh vegetables as garnish.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Slice just before serving for best taste. Freezing is not recommended.
