- In a large bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat and lump crab meat. Flake them gently with a fork.
- Add the mayo, celery, scallions, dill, basil, chives, and jalapeño (if using). Mix until well combined.

Bun Toasting
- In another pan, heat your preferred option (butter, olive oil, or mayo) and toast the New England style buns until golden and crispy.
