Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Take the tortillas and slather marinara sauce evenly across each.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella generously on top.
- Place the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
- Roll each tortilla up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and irresistibly crispy!
Notes
Serve with extra marinara for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil for a pop of color.
