  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 8 tablespoons Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 20 slices Pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Brush tops for added crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Take the tortillas and slather marinara sauce evenly across each.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella generously on top.
  4. Place the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
  5. Roll each tortilla up tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and irresistibly crispy!

Notes

Serve with extra marinara for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil for a pop of color.
