Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and sauté for a few minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the crumbled bacon, sautéed broccoli, and shredded cheese evenly in the pre-baked pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
