  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust
  • 6 large Eggs Use fresh eggs for better taste.
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese (a mix of cheddar and Swiss) Customize with your favorite melting cheese.
  • 1 cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled) Can substitute with diced ham, turkey bacon, or sautéed mushrooms.
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions (chopped) Adds freshness.
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the egg mixture into the crust.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve this quiche warm with a fresh green salad. It keeps well for about 3–4 days in the fridge. If you freeze it, it's good for 2–3 months. Reheat slices in the oven or microwave.
