Preparation
  1. Slice the crusty bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the salami, ham, provolone, roasted peppers, and olive tapenade on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. If using vegetarian options, add them on top.
  4. Place the top half of the bread on and press down firmly.
  5. Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, remove the wrap and slice the sandwich into portions.

Notes

For maximum flavor, let it chill overnight. You can serve it as is or cut it into smaller squares for easier sharing. It can last in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
