- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
These deviled eggs can be stored in the fridge for up to two days. For a smoky flavor, add crumbled bacon, or try jalapeños for a kick. For a vegan version, use mashed avocado and vegan mayo.
