Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped pickles, pickle juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

These deviled eggs can be stored in the fridge for up to two days. For a smoky flavor, add crumbled bacon, or try jalapeños for a kick. For a vegan version, use mashed avocado and vegan mayo.
