Pasta Ingredients
  • 8 oz pasta Any type of pasta works; use your favorite.
Fresh Vegetables
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved For sweetness and color.
  • 1 number cucumber, diced Adds crunch.
  • 1 number bell pepper, diced Any color bell pepper is fine.
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced Green or black olives, as per preference.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced For a sharp flavor contrast.
Dressing and Seasoning
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled For creaminess and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing Store-bought or homemade.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, feta cheese, and red onion.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

This pasta salad keeps well in the fridge for up to 3 days. If making ahead, prepare a day before your event for enhanced flavor. Freezing isn't recommended as it'll lose its texture.
