  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can be substituted with maple syrup for a vegan option.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow) Chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots Chopped if large.
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the kielbasa and veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, and soy sauce.
Cooking
  1. Toss the kielbasa, veggies, and olive oil on a large baking sheet.
  2. Pour the honey-garlic mix over everything and toss until well-coated.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until everything is tender and caramelized.

  1. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
