- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, hemp seeds, banana, and almond milk.
- If desired, add the protein powder and honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If you like it chilled, toss in some ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more banana, avocado, or Greek yogurt. Store leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to a month. Use frozen berries for creamier texture.
