- In a medium bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, celery salt, and season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Cooking
- Brush the insides of the rolls with melted butter and toast until golden brown.
- If desired, layer some shredded lettuce in the rolls before spooning in the chilled lobster mixture.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover lobster mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Don’t forget to keep the rolls separate until you’re ready to eat them!
