Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese and your choice of vegetables.
- Roll out your pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit in your muffin tin. Press these circles into the muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture into each cup until nearly full.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through.
