Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Coating and Garnishing
- Once the corn is done, slather the mayo-lime sauce all over the corn.
- Sprinkle with chili powder, cotija cheese, and chopped cilantro.

Notes
For leftovers, store corn in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze tightly wrapped for about 2 months. Reheat on the grill for best results.
