Dairy and Liquid
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt Use Greek yogurt for creaminess or coconut yogurt for a vegan option.
  • 1 cup orange juice or coconut water Both options work well for a tropical taste.
Sweetener and Extras
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Adjust based on desired sweetness.
  • to taste Ice cubes (optional) Add for a chilled smoothie.

Method
 

Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mango, chopped pineapple, yogurt, orange juice, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh ingredients. The smoothie tastes best when served immediately, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 3 months.
