- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, minced garlic, and cream cheese. Mix until well-blended.
- Add salt, pepper, and parsley to the mixture, then stir again to combine.
- Lightly spray each tortilla with olive oil for a crispy finish.
Assembly and Cooking
- Lay out a tortilla and place about a quarter of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from bottom to top.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook until golden and melty, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the wraps, let them cool slightly, then cut and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
These wraps can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. For a spicy kick, consider adding jalapeƱos to the filling. Using different types of cheese or adding veggies can enhance the recipe.
