  • 2 pieces lobsters, cooked and meat removed Use fresh lobsters for best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a creamier filling, consider adding cream cheese.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing.
  • 1 piece onion, diced Shallots can be used as a substitute.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads Optional, for color and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, saffron, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cooked lobster meat, mixing well.
Baking
  1. Fill lobster shells with the lobster mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Place lobster shells on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve with roasted vegetables on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm.
