Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, saffron, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked lobster meat, mixing well.
Baking
- Fill lobster shells with the lobster mixture. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place lobster shells on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serving
- Serve with roasted vegetables on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warm.
