Ingredients
  

Lobster Filling
  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped Use fresh or pre-cooked lobster for best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons butter Melted for cooking the lobster.
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning Seasoning to enhance the lobster flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
Buns and Garnish
  • 4 pieces King's Hawaiian Rolls Can substitute with any soft sweet sandwich rolls.
  • Lettuce leaves Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Cooking the Lobster
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped lobster meat and Old Bay seasoning, stirring to combine.
  3. Cook until heated through and lobster is coated in butter.
Assembling the Rolls
  1. Slice the King's Hawaiian Rolls and lightly toast them if desired.
  2. Fill each roll with the lobster mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Garnish with lettuce leaves if using.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added spice, consider adding a dash of paprika or diced jalapeƱos. These rolls can easily be made with shrimp or jackfruit for a vegetarian variation.
