  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)

Buns and Garnish
  • 4 pieces split-top hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste Fresh chives, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Gently fold until well mixed.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Toast the hot dog buns until golden brown.
  3. Spoon the lobster mixture into each bun and garnish with chives if desired.

Notes

Serve warm, and pair with crispy fries or fresh coleslaw. Wrap leftovers tightly for up to 2 days in the fridge. For best texture, toast buns just before serving.
