Cooking the Lobster
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the lobster and cook for about 8–10 minutes until it turns bright red. Remove and cool in an ice bath.

- Once cooled, extract the meat from the lobster, discarding the shells. Chop the lobster into bite-sized pieces.
Making the Lobster Rolls
- In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, lemon juice, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, and celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toasting the Buns
- In a skillet, toast the hot dog buns in melted butter until golden.
Assembly
- Spoon the lobster mixture generously into each bun and prepare for pure bliss.
