Method
 

Cooking the Lobster
  1. Cook the lobster tails in boiling water for 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from water and let cool.
  2. Once cooled, remove the meat from the shells and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Preparing the Mixture
  1. In a bowl, combine the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
