Method
 

Cooking the Gnocchi
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine.
  5. Incorporate the chopped lobster meat into the sauce and heat through.

Combining and Serving
  1. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, gently tossing to coat.
