  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Unsalted is preferred
  • 3 cloves Garlic (fresh) Minced
  • 1 medium Fresh lemon Juiced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Parsley Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
Cooking
  1. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
  3. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

Keep an eye on your salmon to avoid overcooking; it should flake easily but still be juicy.
