- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy and combined.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
This salad can be made a day in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Add a splash of lime juice or extra mayo/sour cream if it seems dry before serving.
