- Slice mini sandwich rolls in half.
- Spread mayonnaise or mustard on each half.
- Layer sliced turkey or chicken on the bottom half.
- Add a slice of cheese, followed by lettuce and tomato.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Close the sandwiches and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until serving.
Notes
Assemble the sandwiches just before your guests arrive to keep them fresh. These sandwiches can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for about a month, avoiding the addition of veggies until defrosted.
