  • 4 pieces lobster tails Make sure they are fully thawed if frozen.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Chop thoroughly for best flavor.
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced Can substitute with lemon zest for a concentrated flavor.
  • to taste salt
  • to taste chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to broil.
  2. Prepare the lobster tails: Cut along the top of the shell and gently pull the meat out slightly, leaving it attached at the base.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the minced garlic, salt, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  4. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter sauce and place the tails on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Broil for 6-8 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley and drizzle more garlic butter on top before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen in an airtight container for about 3 months. Reheat in a pan on low heat until warmed through. Add red pepper flakes for heat, and experiment with different herbs for flavor variations.
