Preparation
  1. Slice the milk bread into even slices.
  2. Whip the cream with sugar until thick and fluffy.
  3. Spread a layer of whipped cream on one slice of the bread.
  4. Layer with sliced strawberries.
  5. Top with another slice of bread.
  6. Cut into halves or quarters and serve.

Notes

For a twist, substitute whipped cream with coconut cream for a vegan version, or add a layer of chocolate spread for a richer taste. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days, keeping the whipped cream separate until serving.
