  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese For added creaminess.
  • 2-3 pieces jalapeños, diced Adjust heat level by removing seeds.
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can switch to pepper jack for more heat.
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Adds crunch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil if desired.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep the filling and egg whites separate for best texture. Make filling a day in advance for convenience.
