Preparation
- Brew 2 shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
Mixing
- In a shaker, combine the espresso shots and brown sugar.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake well until frothy.
- Strain the espresso mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Pour oat milk over the top.
- Stir gently and enjoy! Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon or add a dash of vanilla extract.
Notes
It's best enjoyed fresh, but you can store the espresso mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days and add oat milk when ready. For a frosty experience, chill your glass beforehand.
