Coffee Ingredients
  • 2 shots espresso Brewed espresso
  • 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup oat milk Can be replaced with other plant-based milk
  • Ice For shaking and serving
Optional Flavorings
  • Cinnamon For garnish
  • Vanilla extract For additional flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
Mixing
  1. In a shaker, combine the espresso shots and brown sugar.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake well until frothy.
  3. Strain the espresso mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Pour oat milk over the top.
  5. Stir gently and enjoy! Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon or add a dash of vanilla extract.

Notes

It's best enjoyed fresh, but you can store the espresso mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days and add oat milk when ready. For a frosty experience, chill your glass beforehand.
