  • 1 cup coconut water Can be swapped with almond milk for a creamier texture.
  • 1 unit lime juice Can substitute with lemon juice if lime is unavailable.
  • as needed cups ice cubes Add more for a slushy texture.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, coconut water, and lime juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour over ice or serve blended.

Notes

Serve in a fancy glass with a lime or strawberry garnish for presentation. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but enjoy fresh for the best taste. Blend before serving if made ahead.
