- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the green goodness into a bowl.
- Add lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash until creamy but still chunky.
- Fold in the cherry tomatoes and red onion gently.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve immediately with your favorite healthy chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Stir and add lime juice if browning occurs. Not recommended for freezing.
