Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados 2 ripe avocados The riper, the better!
  • 1 lime 1 lime (juiced) Keeps avocados fresh and vibrant!
  • 1 clove 1 garlic clove, minced Add more for a stronger garlic flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Adds color and sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup red onion, diced For added crunch.
  • to taste Fresh cilantro for garnish Optional garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the green goodness into a bowl.
  2. Add lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mash until creamy but still chunky.
  3. Fold in the cherry tomatoes and red onion gently.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite healthy chips or veggie sticks.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. Stir and add lime juice if browning occurs. Not recommended for freezing.
