  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like pecans or walnuts) You can mix and match different nuts.
  • to taste honey May also use maple syrup for a vegan option.

Preparation
  1. Wash and drain the grapes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mini marshmallows, and nuts.
  3. Gently fold in the grapes until they’re all nicely coated.
  4. Drizzle honey over the mixture to taste.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve Grape Salad in a colorful bowl, and enjoy it chilled. Can be paired with crispy crackers or served on its own.
