Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

To enhance crispiness, soak potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking. Use parchment paper for easier cleanup. Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
