  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons Can be substituted with any preferred vegetable.
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Toasted garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Adjust to taste.

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and heat until hot.
  2. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking for 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return steak to the skillet, toss everything to coat in garlic butter, and heat through for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Cut steak evenly for consistent cooking. Experiment with seasonings and feel free to use chicken or tofu as alternatives. For added flavor, incorporate soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
