Preparation
- Boil or steam the lobster until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped lobster to the skillet and stir gently for 3-5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Remove from heat, add lemon juice and parsley, and mix well.
Serving
- Toast the New England rolls until golden brown on both sides.
- Fill each toasted roll with the lobster mixture and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
Notes
For a twist, substitute lobster with shrimp or crab. Store leftovers in the fridge for 1-2 days. Reheat lobster filling on the stove.
