Ingredients

Lobster Mixture
  • 1 lb lobster meat (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Rolls
  • 4 pieces New England-style rolls

Method

Preparation
  1. Boil or steam the lobster until cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped lobster to the skillet and stir gently for 3-5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and parsley, and mix well.
Serving
  1. Toast the New England rolls until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Fill each toasted roll with the lobster mixture and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.

Notes

For a twist, substitute lobster with shrimp or crab. Store leftovers in the fridge for 1-2 days. Reheat lobster filling on the stove.
