  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Feel free to swap for peanut butter chips.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Slowly stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean or fudgy.

Notes
