Preparation
- Grease your muffin tin lightly.
- Press granola into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to create a crust.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey, mixing well for a smooth texture.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into each granola cup, filling them generously.
- Add a handful of mixed berries right on top of the yogurt.
- Pop the muffin tin into the freezer for about 2-3 hours, until the cups are solid.
- Once frozen, carefully remove them from the tin and enjoy frozen!
Notes
Store cups in an airtight container in the freezer for about 2-3 weeks. Layer with parchment paper to avoid sticking. Use different flavors of Greek yogurt or swap in other fruits like banana or peach for variations.
