Ingredients
  

Granola Cups
  • 2 cups granola
Filling
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (any flavor) Choose your favorite flavor
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup mixed berries Fresh or frozen; blueberries, strawberries, raspberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grease your muffin tin lightly.
  2. Press granola into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup to create a crust.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey, mixing well for a smooth texture.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture into each granola cup, filling them generously.
  5. Add a handful of mixed berries right on top of the yogurt.
  6. Pop the muffin tin into the freezer for about 2-3 hours, until the cups are solid.
  7. Once frozen, carefully remove them from the tin and enjoy frozen!

Notes

Store cups in an airtight container in the freezer for about 2-3 weeks. Layer with parchment paper to avoid sticking. Use different flavors of Greek yogurt or swap in other fruits like banana or peach for variations.
