  • 1 package Creamy herb-spread cream cheese Generously spread on the bread
  • 2 large Juicy summer tomatoes Fresh and ripe for optimal flavor
  • 4 slices Whole wheat bread Can be replaced with any favorite bread

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread the creamy herb-spread cream cheese on slices of whole wheat bread.
  2. Slice the summer tomatoes and place them on one slice of the bread.
  3. Top with another slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
  4. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with crunchy carrot sticks or a salad. Best when made fresh as tomatoes can become soggy if stored.
