  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure your 10-inch skillet is ready.
  2. Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions. Stir occasionally, letting them slowly caramelize to a deep brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and dried thyme to the onions. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Lightly toast the chicken hamburger buns.
  7. Place a generous scoop of the beef mixture onto each bun. Top immediately with shredded Swiss cheese, letting it melt.

Notes
