- In a blender, combine the milk, cookies and cream protein powder, banana, nut butter (if using), and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and swirl in some chocolate syrup, if you’re feeling extra.
- Enjoy immediately!
Notes
If you have leftovers, the shake can stay fresh in the fridge for about 24 hours. Just give it a quick stir or shake before you dive back in.
