Ingredients
  

For the shake
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop cookies and cream protein powder
  • 1 piece banana Use a ripe banana for extra sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter Optional; can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • to taste ice cubes Essential for Chill Factor.
  • to taste chocolate syrup Optional; for drizzling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the milk, cookies and cream protein powder, banana, nut butter (if using), and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and swirl in some chocolate syrup, if you’re feeling extra.
  4. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

If you have leftovers, the shake can stay fresh in the fridge for about 24 hours. Just give it a quick stir or shake before you dive back in.
