Preparation
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill pickle relish, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
These deviled eggs can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container. You can also prepare the filling a day in advance to save time.
