  • 6 large large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon relish juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Paprika for garnish Adds aroma and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Boil for 9-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and relish juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle paprika on top for garnish. Serve.

Notes

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. Do not freeze. You can make them a day ahead of time to enhance flavors.
