- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped hardboiled eggs, dill, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are nicely blended.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika on top for garnish, if desired.
- Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to three days. Freezing is not recommended. For variations, try adding bacon bits or a dollop of sriracha for extra flavor.
