- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and spinach until soft.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the bacon or ham and sautéed veggies.
- Fold in the shredded cheese.
- Transfer your mixture to a greased pie dish or baking pan.
- Bake for about 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
This quiche is great for meal prep! It keeps in the fridge for about 4 to 5 days. Just pop it in an airtight container. To reheat, microwave a slice for about 1-2 minutes or heat in the oven at 350°F until warm.
